In my capacity as a senior social mobility leader in PwC, I wanted to provide you with feedback on our interaction with Every Child Needs a Mentor (“ECNM”).

I worked with you and the ECNM team to develop a training taster session for PwC staff and also to explore how PwC and ECNM could partner in providing mentoring opportunities.

I was impressed by the approach ECNM takes for the following reasons. Rather than focus on specific business skills, the approach is one of “whole person” mentoring. As a consequence, the results for both the mentor and mentee are both longer-lasting and further reaching.
